Description:

  • Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Architect to work remotely from the United States for one of their clients.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with enterprise customers to implement and integrate key solutions into their existing infrastructure.
  • You will assist with software installation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the customer fully leverages the solution's capabilities.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to product development insights, drive cross-functional improvements, and provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

  • You will partner with the sales team to deliver the best technical solution to customers.
  • You will lead design workshops and document customer-approved solution designs.
  • Acting as the primary technical point of contact, you will efficiently implement solutions and address customer needs.
  • You will identify and mitigate risks in solution design and customer satisfaction.
  • You will work with internal teams to propose product improvements and new feature requests.
  • Mentoring junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices across the team is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • You must have 5-7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within large enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects and resolving critical customer issues is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), cryptography, and digital certificates is necessary.
  • Proficiency with DevOps and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Bash, Jenkins, Puppet) is required.
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with containerization platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) are also needed.
