Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work with some of the biggest companies globally, including video game studios, film companies, newspapers, and AI start-ups.
• Responsibilities include building solutions and integrations for strategic customers, being the technical point of contact, contributing to sales/support functions, and advocating for customers' needs.
• The role involves collaborating with product teams to shape future roadmaps and features based on customer feedback.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about text-to-speech AI, highly motivated, committed to excellence, and eager to learn to help the team and customers succeed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Strong scripting or development skills in Python.
• Deep understanding of software development and architecture to advise customers on integration patterns and provide effective support.
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be located between GMT+3 and GMT-5 and able to work core hours from 2pm to 6pm BST.
