Description:

Lead clients through the technical onboarding process of the SearchStax Search product to ensure a smooth implementation.
Write and maintain custom code to integrate solutions with client systems, tailored to meet specific client needs.
Utilize expertise in front-end technologies to design and implement reliable solutions, with opportunities to lead UI development.
Research and develop innovative solutions to address client challenges and enhance product offerings.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the onboarding process.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure client success and drive product improvements.

Requirements:

About 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Familiarity with modern UI technologies like React, Angular, Vue.js.
Experience in a client-facing role with a strong customer service orientation.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing solutions.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Quick learner with the ability to independently adapt to new technologies.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideally, experience with search technologies (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc.) and familiarity with Web crawling and data extraction.
