Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 2+ years of experience in a solutions engineer or sales engineer role, strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with web development technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a solutions engineer, sales engineer, or related role, with at least 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience at a startup is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach.
• Passion for working with customers and providing top-notch service.
• Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, SQL, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
