Mural's Technical Solutions team focuses on driving customer value and adoption through deep product expertise and collaboration.
The Solutions Engineer will work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their business challenges and craft innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include performing discovery, creating best-practice solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
The role involves becoming a Mural expert, engaging in consultative selling, delivering persuasive product demonstrations, and driving product adoption and expansion.
Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams is essential to provide customer feedback and improve products and processes.
The Solutions Engineer will also advise on technical integrations and contribute to the development of new processes and best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering, with a proven track record of driving customer success.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills are required to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A strong understanding of business processes and enterprise software is necessary, along with the ability to connect product features to business outcomes.
Proficiency in advising on technical integrations, including RESTful APIs and enterprise technologies, is essential.
Candidates should possess a solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and a strong understanding of SaaS design and implementation.
Collaboration and teamwork skills are crucial for working effectively with cross-functional teams.

The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $185,000, with additional variable compensation based on factors such as location and experience.
