Description:
Octopus Deploy is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work remotely within France.
The role involves acting as a trusted advisor for customers on their technical journey with continuous delivery (CD) at scale.
Responsibilities include answering technical questions, discovering challenges, demonstrating the value of Octopus Deploy, and partnering with account executives.
The position requires interaction with functional departments like Marketing and Engineering to ensure Octopus Deploy leads in solving CD challenges.
The role allows for flexible working arrangements, including a home office setup and videoconferencing with colleagues and customers.
Key tasks include building or updating technical assets, preparing and delivering demos, providing guidance during Proof of Value, and educating customers through blogs, talks, and events.
Requirements:
Candidates must be personable, polite, and positive individuals.
A mix of technical skills and expertise is required, including development, release management, operations, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native technologies.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools is essential.
