• As a Solutions Engineer at Miter, you will serve as the technical bridge between customers, the sales team, the launch team, and the product organization.
• You will own customer discovery throughout the entire lifecycle, translating complex requirements into clear blueprints.
• The role involves advising on product gaps and leading the implementation of new features and integrations.
• Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, scoping product requirements, and creating detailed blueprints for new product features and integrations.
• You will research and evaluate the technical feasibility of 3rd-party API integrations and data flows.
• The position requires project management of new development initiatives, including customer communications, expectation setting, testing, and training.
• You will support Launch Managers with technical integration questions and complex customer configurations.
• Designing and delivering product demonstrations for enterprise clients to build trust and increase conversion is also part of the role.
• You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for complex product flows, including integrations, mobile app permissions, and accounting configurations.
• Providing technical expertise during the implementation process for critical features like Work Order data flows and Salary Allocation rules is essential.

Requirements:

• You must have 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical deployments.
• A strong background in engineering or computer science is required, with the ability to understand technical systems.
• Exceptional communication skills are necessary to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management experience is essential, with the capability to juggle multiple simultaneous projects.
• High customer empathy is required, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear action plans.
• Experience working with APIs and technical integrations is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
• You must have the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
