Description:

Embrace is seeking a Solutions Engineer to contribute to the growth of their mobile observability offering.
The role involves improving and evolving the current product, which gathers data from 100M+ devices.
The Solutions Engineer will work in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities, owning the technical integration process for prospects and customers.
Responsibilities include communicating with customers, product and engineering teams, identifying technical issues, suggesting product improvements, and enhancing collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Mobile Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company.
They should have experience with mobile development, familiarity with iOS and Android, knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line, and the ability to discuss code.
Other requirements include excellent communication skills, a diploma in Computer Science or related discipline, and a passion for helping people.
The role may involve travel for a couple of days every quarter to meet other team members.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in a Mobile Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company.
Experience with mobile development, including iOS, Android, and their development tools.
Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line.
Ability to discuss code; reading and writing code is a plus (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JS preferred).
Excellent communication skills and comfortability assisting people with problem-solving.
Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred.
