Description:

  • The Solutions Engineer will be a vital member of the Onboarding team, working closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and clients.
  • This individual will ensure new customers are successfully integrated into the analytics platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional support.
  • The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex technical problems and delivering clear, actionable solutions to customers.
  • This is a remote-first position, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone or able to work during those hours.
  • Key responsibilities include guiding and supporting new customers during the integration of the analytics product into their e-commerce infrastructure.
  • The Solutions Engineer will validate pixel installations, ad platform connections, and orders data to ensure high-quality data.
  • They will troubleshoot implementation challenges, including issues with scripts (e.g., Pixel, Orders API), and escalate to the engineering team when necessary.
  • The role involves investigating customer data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and improving outward-facing documentation to enhance customer experience and enable self-service processes.
  • The Solutions Engineer will communicate customer setup details to internal teams, ensuring a seamless transition from Onboarding to Customer Success.

Requirements:

  • A C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must-have.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or other tag-based management tools is necessary.
  • A basic understanding of modern website architecture (e.g., asset serving, server rendering) is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software engineering or support engineering is needed.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience communicating with customers is essential.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation, emails, and instructions is required.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing SQL queries is necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is required.
  • Experience with web-based APIs is essential.
  • Familiarity with modern web development tools (e.g., Next.js, React, Vue) is required.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce) is necessary.
