Description:

  • Replicant is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help integrate their AI platform with existing customer service technologies.
  • The role involves working closely with the sales team to gather customer requirements and identify technology trends in various industry verticals.
  • Responsibilities include using visualization tools to illustrate bot design, integration points, and data flow, as well as reviewing and writing API specifications for stakeholders.
  • The Solutions Engineer will utilize internal tools to build machine learning models, write and run scripts to retrieve or modify data, and develop bot code in Typescript for specific states and transitions.
  • The position requires attending customer meetings to provide technical support to Account Executives.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Javascript, Python, Typescript, or Apex is required.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and Authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0 and Basic is necessary.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
  • A vibrant and energetic attitude with a willingness to perform and get things done is expected.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred, but a capable individual who can deliver results is more important.
  • Experience with enterprise tools like Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus, as is call center experience.
