Description:

  • Bestow is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team, responsible for bridging the gap between software products and life insurance carrier customers' needs.
  • The role involves engaging with clients to understand their business processes and technical requirements thoroughly.
  • Solutions Engineers work closely with Product Managers to translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • They collaborate with various teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and timelines for discovery.
  • Providing tailored software solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients are key responsibilities.
  • Solutions Engineers also offer training and support to clients, prepare detailed documentation, and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in B2B enterprise software.
  • Successful experience working with large enterprise B2B clients, especially in financial services or heavily regulated industries, is required.
  • Deep knowledge of the life insurance industry, including processes, regulatory requirements, and market trends, is essential.
  • Strong technical skills in software design, architecture, and systems integration are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset are important qualities for this role.
