Description:
The Sales Engineer at WitnessAI will be responsible for bridging the gap between customers and sales, product, and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing technical expertise during the sales process, assisting with product deployment, and ensuring firewall solutions meet security needs.
The role requires a deep understanding of sales and technical aspects, particularly in network security and product implementation.
Responsibilities also include conducting product demonstrations, assisting with deployment and optimization, providing technical support, and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
The Sales Engineer will collaborate with the product development team, stay updated on industry trends, train junior team members, and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a technical role with a focus on customer interaction.
Strong understanding of network security, experience with configuring firewalls, and other security technologies.
Hands-on experience with product deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and familiarity with networking concepts.
Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus, industry certifications are desirable.
