Description:
The Solutions Engineer at FMX will significantly impact revenue growth by providing technical support to account executives and account managers during the sales process.
This role involves determining innovative solutions that add value to the product through problem-solving during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations to customers, supporting account executives with technical demos, and delivering demo notes to the Customer Success Team.
The Solutions Engineer will partner with sales executives for enterprise deal presentations and participate in events and on-site demonstrations, which may require 10-20% travel.
The role involves using innovative technology during the sales process to identify additional problem-solving opportunities and attending sales and customer success meetings.
Building trusted relationships with prospects and understanding their business needs is essential.
The Solutions Engineer will also attend product development sessions, collect competitive intelligence, and communicate client needs to the product team for future enhancements.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in software development or knowledge of it is preferred.
Familiarity with building or industrial automation systems and integrating software packages is required.
A strong desire to learn about new technologies and apply them to real-world business challenges is essential.
Exceptional attention to detail, task management, and organizational skills are necessary.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills are required.
The ability to build relationships quickly and solve customer problems through active listening is crucial.
