The Solutions Engineer will be part of a newly formed post-sales Solutions Engineering team responsible for the technical onboarding of the Search product.
Responsibilities include writing custom code to integrate solutions within client environments, ensuring seamless implementations.
The role involves documenting technical solutions, developing and refining implementation processes, and requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and full-stack engineering with a specialization in UI development.
The position emphasizes collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure client success and drive product improvements.

Requirements:

Candidates must have approximately 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
Familiarity with modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is required.
Experience in a client-facing role with a strong customer service orientation is essential.
Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript are necessary.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking for solution development are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
The ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently is essential.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is ideal.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Ideally, candidates should have experience with search technologies (e.g., Solr, Elasticsearch) and/or familiarity with web crawling and data extraction.
