The Solutions Engineer will work closely with customers, the Products team, and Professional Services to create innovative solutions.
This role involves engaging with the entire customer lifecycle and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
The Solutions Engineer will showcase technical and sales abilities, gather business requirements, formulate a technical sales strategy, and demonstrate solutions that deliver business value.
Responsibilities include business problem solving, innovation management, and connecting experiences through Salesforce solutions.
The Solutions Engineer will identify customer business needs, create tailored solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and engage in relevant training and certifications.

Requirements:

A B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience is required.
Knowledge of AI applications, relational databases, and web technology is necessary.
Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
The ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments is required.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a Solutions Engineer capacity is needed.
Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred.

This role is considered a Level P5 in the company's role-leveling system and is equity eligible.
Location-based compensation ranges from $155k to $225k USD depending on the tier.
A remote-first work environment with monthly in-person gatherings in California, NYC, and Canada is offered.
Unlimited PTO with 11 U.S. holidays and a week shutdown in December is provided.
