Description:

Mural's Technical Solutions team focuses on driving customer value and adoption through deep product expertise and collaboration.
The Solutions Engineer will work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their business challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include performing discovery, crafting creative solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
The role involves becoming a Mural expert, engaging in consultative selling, delivering persuasive product demonstrations, and driving product adoption and expansion.
Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams is essential to provide customer feedback and improve products and processes.
The Solutions Engineer will also advise on technical integrations and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering, with a proven track record of driving customer success.
At least 4 years of experience in solutions/sales engineering and technical implementation within a professional services context.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise software, and the challenges faced by customers, with the ability to connect product features to business outcomes.
Proficiency in advising on technical integrations, including RESTful APIs and enterprise technologies, with knowledge of Compliance, Information Security, and Legal functions.
Familiarity with SQL and the ability to navigate and query database tables.
A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and helping customers achieve their objectives.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $185,000, plus variable compensation.
Compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
