The company is seeking a skilled and motivated Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team as they continue to grow their customer base.
The Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in the pre-sales process, helping prospective customers understand how the platform can solve their technical challenges.
The role involves interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating the value and ROI of the cloud development platform and emulator solutions.
Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, delivering technical product demos, collaborating with sales teams, building proof-of-concepts, providing technical answers to RFPs/RFIs, and engaging with the engineering team to resolve critical technical issues.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience is required.
Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer/Architect or in a similar customer-facing role within the cloud services or software industry is necessary.
A strong technical background with a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies is essential, with strong AWS skills preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-centric approach is important.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or application development frameworks like Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, or Serverless.com is a plus.
AWS Solution Architect Associate certification is also a plus.
