Description:
Xsolla is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their global organization, focusing on customer engagement.
This role is cross-functional, requiring collaboration across engineering, operations, customer-facing teams, and customers.
The Solutions Engineer will engage with customers' technical teams to address their challenges and work closely with the Customer Success Manager and Customer Integration Manager.
Responsibilities include managing customer integration and launch problems, taking ownership of technical issues, and coordinating internal launch announcements.
The role involves translating technical details into clear communication, balancing customer needs with internal timelines, and maintaining high operational standards.
The Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical lead for key customers, manage onboarding, integration, and ongoing success activities.
They will partner with engineering and product teams to understand product architecture and how it aligns with customer needs.
The position requires leading customer product launches, ensuring smooth delivery of technical components and dependencies.
The Solutions Engineer will track and document technical action items, manage stakeholder expectations, and share customer feedback with product development teams.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Evangelist.
A solid understanding of technical systems, software infrastructure, and operational workflows is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a focus on clarity, structure, and accountability.
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a timely manner is required.
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude is preferred.
Experience working in global, multicultural environments and across time zones is important.
Nice to have: Background in B2B SaaS, familiarity with APIs and cloud infrastructure, experience with Agile methodologies, and strong English communication skills.
