Description:

  • Xsolla is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their global organization, focusing on customer engagement.
  • This role is cross-functional, requiring collaboration across engineering, operations, customer-facing teams, and customers.
  • The Solutions Engineer will engage with customers' technical teams to address their challenges and work closely with the Customer Success Manager and Customer Integration Manager.
  • Responsibilities include managing customer integration and launch problems, taking ownership of technical issues, and coordinating internal launch announcements.
  • The role involves translating technical details into clear communication, balancing customer needs with internal timelines, and maintaining high operational standards.
  • The Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical lead for key customers, manage onboarding, integration, and ongoing success activities.
  • They will partner with engineering and product teams to understand product architecture and how it aligns with customer needs.
  • The position requires leading customer product launches, ensuring smooth delivery of technical components and dependencies.
  • The Solutions Engineer will track and document technical action items, manage stakeholder expectations, and share customer feedback with product development teams.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
  • Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Evangelist.
  • A solid understanding of technical systems, software infrastructure, and operational workflows is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a focus on clarity, structure, and accountability.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a timely manner is required.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude is preferred.
  • Experience working in global, multicultural environments and across time zones is important.
  • Nice to have: Background in B2B SaaS, familiarity with APIs and cloud infrastructure, experience with Agile methodologies, and strong English communication skills.
