Description:

The Solutions Engineer will empower diverse partners to integrate and maximize the value of innovative solutions.
This role acts as a technical expert, bridging the gap between complex technology and impactful business outcomes.
Responsibilities include collaborating with partners and technical stakeholders throughout pre/post-sales processes to ensure successful project outcomes and effective integration.
The engineer will understand partner and client products deeply to recommend tailored, effective solutions that align with their unique business logic and needs.
The position involves working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing, operations) to facilitate seamless communication and partner engagement.
The engineer will build extensive technical knowledge of products, providing expert guidance to partners and internal teams on strengths, limitations, and cost drivers.
Support for smooth integration of new features into existing systems will be required by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
The engineer will act as the primary technical expert and liaison on product capabilities, integrations, and competitive strengths, engaging with technical teams on API, data models, single sign-on, and other integration methods.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a similar partner-facing or enterprise-level client-focused role.
Experience in enterprise solutions engineering, sales engineering, or partner management is required.
A strong foundational knowledge in software development, systems design, and engineering principles is necessary.
The ability to understand and explain complex product functionalities to non-technical stakeholders is essential.
Deep knowledge of APIs and data exchange and architecture is required.
Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and the ability to understand diverse technologies is necessary.
Experience testing API endpoints using Postman/Insomnia is required.
Familiarity with development lifecycles, version control systems, and development environments is necessary.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Candidates must be located in Canada to be considered for this position.

The position is available on a permanently remote basis, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
Candidates will need access to a secure high-speed internet connection and a secure workspace to ensure the security of private information.
