Description:
As a Solutions Engineer at Ashby, you will be at the forefront of sales efforts with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
You will partner closely with Account Executives to secure both technical and commercial wins.
Your goal is to demonstrate how Ashby supports unique customer needs and transforms their hiring processes.
You will develop deep expertise in the product, gain insights into competitors, and understand the challenges faced by Talent Acquisition teams.
Your responsibilities will include delivering personalized product demonstrations, facilitating product trials, and coordinating insightful RFP responses.
Success in this role requires using discovery skills, empathy for customers, and product knowledge to articulate the transformative impact of Ashby.
You will help win new marquee accounts by addressing nuanced requirements systematically.
You will build upon existing demo environments and design repeatable processes for the solutions engineering team.
Requirements:
You must have experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant supporting complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles.
You should have spent time with HR or Talent teams and possess a high level of empathy for their daily work.
You need to have developed deep product expertise across a suite of solutions and be regarded as a subject-matter expert by peers.
A love for learning and the ability to connect new concepts, product capabilities, and business outcomes is essential.
You must demonstrate mastery of clear communication, asking precise questions and explaining complex concepts simply.
You should be a builder who enjoys digging into problems and finding unique solutions in a fast-paced organization.
You need to be adept at creating and delivering tailored demos that adapt based on customer questions.
Proactive engagement with Account Executives to progress deals towards a commercial win is required.
You should be able to translate customer feedback into product enhancement requirements.
