Fusemachines is a 10+ year old AI company focused on delivering advanced AI products and solutions across various industries.
The company aims to democratize AI and leverage global AI talent from underserved communities.
This is a full-time remote role for a Solutions Engineer.
The primary responsibilities include acting as the technical liaison for customers, leading onboarding and training, troubleshooting customer issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and working with external AdTech and MarTech partners.
The Solutions Engineer will also develop integration best practices and stay updated on industry trends related to data privacy and audience monetization.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in digital media, AdTech, or MarTech, particularly in customer-facing technical roles.
Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, The Trade Desk, Xandr, or LiveRamp is required.
A strong understanding of programmatic advertising, header bidding, data onboarding, and audience segmentation is essential.
Technical expertise in APIs, SDKs, cloud-based data processing, and identity resolution is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are required to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to integrations and data flows is crucial.
Candidates should be self-starters with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for customer success.
Familiarity with Python or SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis is needed, and JavaScript is a must-have.
