Description:
The Solutions Engineer will be part of the Technical Success team responsible for deploying ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises.
They will act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them maximize value from models and products.
The role involves working with senior business stakeholders to understand pre-sales needs, guide AI strategy, and identify high-value use cases.
Responsibilities include providing technical expertise, demonstrating the value of solutions, creating documentation, and nurturing customer relationships.
The Solutions Engineer will also represent the voice of the customer internally, gather feedback, and ensure security and compliance requirements are met.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, managing C-level technical and business relationships.
Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
Effective presenter and communicator able to translate business and technical topics for all audiences.
Willingness to take ownership of problems, learn new knowledge, and contribute to team success.
