Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• The Solutions Engineer will empower diverse partners to integrate and maximize the value of innovative solutions.
• This role acts as a technical expert, bridging the gap between complex technology and impactful business outcomes.
• The Solutions Engineer will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to craft tailored solutions that align with partner goals.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with partners and technical stakeholders throughout pre/post-sales processes to ensure successful project outcomes and effective integration.
• The engineer will need to understand partner and client products deeply to recommend tailored, effective solutions.
• The role involves building extensive technical knowledge of products and providing expert guidance on strengths, limitations, and cost drivers.
• The Solutions Engineer will support the integration of new features into existing systems and offer actionable feedback to Go-to-Market teams.
• Acting as the primary technical expert, the engineer will engage with technical teams on API, data models, single sign-on, and other integration methods.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a similar partner-facing or enterprise-level client-focused role.
• Experience in enterprise solutions engineering, sales engineering, or partner management is required.
• A strong foundational knowledge in software development, systems design, and engineering principles is necessary.
• The candidate must possess the ability to understand and explain complex product functionalities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, data exchange, and architecture is essential.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and the ability to understand diverse technologies is required.
• Experience testing API endpoints using Postman/Insomnia is necessary.
• Familiarity with development lifecycles, version control systems, and development environments is expected.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
