Remote Solutions Engineer

• Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Engineer to work remotely from the United States for one of their clients.
• The Solutions Engineer will closely collaborate with customers to integrate the platform into their software development lifecycle.
• This role involves being the technical expert who helps clients understand their security vulnerabilities and improve their systems.
• The Solutions Engineer will minimize friction for customers during product adoption and ensure they derive maximum value from the solutions.
• The position will directly influence the success of customer relationships and the overall development process.
• Key accountabilities include serving as the technical lead during the sales process, engaging with customers to identify security vulnerabilities, collaborating with internal teams for product alignment, leading efforts to reduce customer friction, and representing customer needs within the organization.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support roles, with a strong technical focus.
• A deep understanding of developer workflows and build systems, including CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins, and Buildkite is required.
• Experience with application security, vulnerability management, and static analysis programs is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of $126,000 - $168,000 USD, with uncapped OTE of $180,000 - $240,000.
