Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• The Technical Success team ensures the safe and effective deployment of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises.
• As a Solutions Engineer in the Strategics segment, you will help large companies transform their business through solutions like customer service and automated content generation.
• You will partner with customers to ensure they achieve tangible business value from our models through ChatGPT and the OpenAI API.
• Your responsibilities include delivering an exceptional pre-sales customer experience, demonstrating how OpenAI APIs can meet business needs, and providing in-depth technical advisory.
• You will create and maintain documentation related to common questions and requirements discovered during the pre-sales process.
• Developing strong customer relationships during the evaluation and purchasing process is essential.
• You will represent the voice of the customer with internal teams by gathering feedback and incorporating it into product planning.
• Serving as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions is also part of your role.

Requirements:

• You must have 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
• A thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products is required.
• Experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript is necessary.
• You should have delivered prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and possess knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Effective presentation and communication skills are essential to translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
• You must be willing to own problems end-to-end and acquire any missing knowledge to complete tasks.
• A humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and a desire to contribute to team success are important traits.
