Description:
Swiftly is seeking Solutions Engineers to work with transit agencies, municipal operators, and local government entities to showcase the value of Swiftly's tools.
The Solutions Engineer team collaborates with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure prospective customers understand the benefits of Swiftly's solutions.
Responsibilities include leading product demonstrations, developing client relationships, organizing onsite workshops, running pilot periods, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Senior Solutions Engineers take on leadership roles, gather information about product usage, build relationships with stakeholders, develop new tools, and represent Swiftly at conferences.
Ideal candidates are passionate about transit, analytical, strategic problem solvers, strong communicators, organized, and proactive investigators.
Requirements:
For All Solutions Engineers: 2+ years of experience working with mid-sized to large transit agencies, love for data analysis, strategic problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, creativity in demonstrating value, organizational skills, and dedication to issue resolution.
For Senior Solutions Engineers: 5+ years of experience in transit agencies, understanding of transit passenger information, planning, operations, and data standards, ability to handle ambiguity, multitasking skills, project management expertise, and effective public speaking capabilities.
Benefits:
Competitive salary with an approximate range of $103,000 to $163,000 OTE yearly, including base salary and variable compensation.
