Description:
The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for helping both prospects and customers with their technology evaluations and decisions.
This role involves selling $4M in consulting services, which includes implementation, managed services, and change orders.
The engineer will work with prospects to provide technical and functional information regarding technology platforms.
Responsibilities include providing demonstrations of relevant technology platforms and creating Statements of Work, as well as reviewing them with prospects.
The position requires maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers to foster customer satisfaction, referencability, and future revenue growth.
The role is fully remote and available to candidates in the United States and Canada.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience implementing or using enterprise application solutions, preferably NetSuite.
The individual should operate well as both an individual contributor and a team player.
Attention to detail is essential, along with fluent writing and speaking skills.
Great presentation skills are required for product demonstrations and documentation reviews.
