Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at SuperDial.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical expert in the sales process, working directly with prospective customers to understand their needs.
You will demonstrate our solutions and ensure successful trials and pilots.
You will act as the technical counterpart to our prospects’ technical stakeholders, collaborating closely with our Engineering team to deliver customized solutions.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective customers to understand their technical requirements, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes.
You will conduct compelling product demos, showcasing how SuperDial’s solutions address customer needs.
You will design, implement, and oversee successful trials and pilots for prospects, ensuring a smooth experience and clear value demonstration.
You will serve as the technical point of contact for prospects, answering their questions, resolving technical concerns, and coordinating with SuperDial’s Engineering team for complex scenarios.
You will develop and present tailored solutions that align SuperDial’s technology with customer needs.
You will work with the Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
You will create technical documentation, best practices, and training materials to support customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
You must have 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
A strong technical aptitude with experience in one or more of the following: APIs, cloud computing, data integration, AI/ML, or healthcare technology is necessary.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A proven track record of managing successful trials and pilots with enterprise clients is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset are required.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Sales is necessary.
