Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at SuperDial.
  • As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical expert in the sales process, working directly with prospective customers to understand their needs.
  • You will demonstrate our solutions and ensure successful trials and pilots.
  • You will act as the technical counterpart to our prospects’ technical stakeholders, collaborating closely with our Engineering team to deliver customized solutions.
  • Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective customers to understand their technical requirements, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • You will conduct compelling product demos, showcasing how SuperDial’s solutions address customer needs.
  • You will design, implement, and oversee successful trials and pilots for prospects, ensuring a smooth experience and clear value demonstration.
  • You will serve as the technical point of contact for prospects, answering their questions, resolving technical concerns, and coordinating with SuperDial’s Engineering team for complex scenarios.
  • You will develop and present tailored solutions that align SuperDial’s technology with customer needs.
  • You will work with the Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
  • You will create technical documentation, best practices, and training materials to support customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • You must have 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • A strong technical aptitude with experience in one or more of the following: APIs, cloud computing, data integration, AI/ML, or healthcare technology is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A proven track record of managing successful trials and pilots with enterprise clients is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset are required.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Sales is necessary.
