Description:
Voxy is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the customer-facing expert on Voxy's technical solutions for enterprise customers.
The role involves collaborating with the Sales team to understand prospects' security and integration needs, delivering technical demonstrations, and designing solutions to meet program-specific needs.
Responsibilities include managing a database of RFP responses, working with Customer Success to implement solutions, and serving as the primary resource for customer IT teams to ensure access to Voxy's tech stack.
The Solutions Engineer will also interface with customers to configure secure authentication, maintain documentation and integration guides, and contribute to bug triage and issue intake.
Additionally, the role involves serving as the primary business stakeholder for future product development in API and SSO features.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a solutions engineer or similar technical role.
Direct experience supporting customers to develop customized technical solutions with API products.
Understanding of identity management and experience with protocols like SAML, OIDC, and possibly LTI.
Experience in RFP security compliance and pre-sales support.
Proficiency in English and Spanish for providing professional support in writing and over video calls.
