Description:
As a Solutions Engineer at Ashby, you will work remotely in North America and play a crucial role in the sales efforts with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
You will partner closely with Account Executives to secure both the technical and commercial win by demonstrating how Ashby supports customers' unique needs and transforms the way they hire.
Your responsibilities will include developing deep expertise in the product, gaining insights into competitors, and understanding the challenges faced by Talent Acquisition teams.
You will deliver personalized product demonstrations, facilitate product trials, and coordinate RFP responses to drive sales success.
Success in this role will involve using your discovery skills, empathy for customers, and product knowledge to clearly articulate the transformative impact Ashby can have on their business.
Requirements:
Experience as a Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant supporting complex SaaS sales cycles in a team-selling motion.
Previous exposure to HR or Talent teams with a high level of empathy for their daily work.
Deep product expertise across a suite of solutions and recognition as a subject-matter expert.
Ability to quickly learn and connect new concepts, product capabilities, and business outcomes.
Mastery of clear communication, precision in asking questions, listening for nuances, and explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
Enjoyment in problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating tailored demos.
Proactive engagement with Account Executives to progress deals towards a commercial win.
Collaboration with the product organization to translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
