Description:
The Solutions Engineer will report to the Sr. Manager of Solution Engineering to support Account Executives with demos, pitch decks, product knowledge, and business proposals for customers in the Growth segment.
Responsibilities include advising on new business strategies, customer expansions, and acting as a liaison between Sales and Product at Fullstory.
The role involves communicating with organizations to understand their challenges, leading product demonstrations, consulting on how Fullstory can enhance their products, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
The Solutions Engineer will collaborate cross-functionally to achieve revenue goals and drive success.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales/Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Software Engineering.
Ability to lead product demonstrations and present data analysis to internal or external stakeholders.
Understanding of modern web technologies and mobile frameworks like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Familiarity with data warehousing and data engineering concepts such as Google BQ, Snowflake, and Redshift.
