The role of Solutions Engineer is being introduced to manage the increasing inbound demand.
The Solutions Engineer will act as a bridge between prospects, customers, and the product team, engaging in technical calls daily, unblocking POCs, and translating field insights into product improvements.
Responsibilities include customer success (60%), technical support and operations (30%), and growth and evangelism (10%).

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong coding skills in JavaScript or Python and be comfortable with Docker, databases, and enterprise infrastructure.
The ability to debug complex technical issues and think creatively about real-world solutions is essential.
A genuine desire to help customers succeed and the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms are required.
Candidates should be self-guided, able to work with minimal supervision, and prioritize multiple small tasks throughout the day.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Nice-to-haves include experience using Promptfoo, familiarity with LLM applications, AI security, or developer tools, a background in security (especially application security or red teaming), and previous experience in technical customer success or solutions engineering roles.
