Description:
CultureAI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their sales team and help revolutionize the understanding and mitigation of human risk.
The role involves presenting CultureAI’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
The Solutions Engineer will work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate the value of CAI technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to implementation.
Responsibilities include creating and developing technical champions in accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
The position requires staying updated on the Cyber Security and Human Risk industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive technologies, and positioning CAI accordingly.
Collaboration with other departments, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, is essential to improve CAI’s products and marketing.
The Solutions Engineer will represent CAI at industry, customer, and partner events and work with ecosystem and implementation partners to build joint architectures.
Requirements:
Candidates must have extensive sales engineering or solution architect experience in Enterprise SaaS environments or relevant industry experience such as Human Risk Management, SaaS, Identity Access Management, or Cloud Email Security.
A proven track record of delivering technical wins and building strong customer relationships is required.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership and impact beyond their own accounts by uplifting others in their team or region.
Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences are necessary, whether impromptu or through structured presentations and demos.
Understanding of data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology is essential.
The ability to solve customer-specific business problems and apply CAI’s solutions is required.
Strong customer-facing skills to effectively communicate the company’s vision to a variety of technical and executive audiences, both written and verbal, are necessary.
