The role involves becoming an expert in Zowie's AI product, leading advanced product configurations, and managing customer onboarding and implementation projects.
Solutions Engineers will collaborate with customers' technical teams to implement integrations and work with the Customer Success Team to enhance Zowie’s value to existing customers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and explain complex technical issues simply.
Proven experience in business process mapping and working with senior stakeholders in large organizations is required.
The ability to understand JavaScript and write simple scripts is necessary.
