Description:
The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with partners and their engineering teams to set up, launch, and grow new chains into successful ecosystems, ensuring active support for their success.
They will use their engineering mindset and deep understanding of OP products to solve complex problems, optimize system architectures, and ensure technical excellence across projects.
The role involves effectively communicating complex technical concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The Solutions Engineer will work with a growing squad of RaaS providers to expand the ecosystem rapidly, finding tools and process improvements to accelerate their work.
They will own ongoing technical relationships with OP Stack customers, working with product and Engineering to improve the chain operator experience relentlessly.
Creating repeatable, reusable artifacts, runbooks, and tools that benefit Superchain Operators, such as for onboarding into the Superchain Registry.
Training new customers in best practices for monitoring, infrastructure, and provisioning.
Collaborating with Security, Eng, and Product teams to develop and define upgrade paths for large customers.
Monitoring feedback for ideas, requests, and pain points to share with Product, Security, and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, support engineer, or other customer-facing technical role.
Strong practical experience in blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, consensus algorithms, knowledge of distributed systems, and operating a node.
Deep understanding of software engineering principles and architectural patterns, with the ability to apply these in designing scalable blockchain solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a broad audience.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages used in blockchain development, such as Solidity, Go, Rust, and Python.
