Qualified is the PipelineAI platform designed for B2B companies to enhance inbound website conversions through AI and automation.
The Solutions Engineer will be a key member of the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, responsible for delivering exceptional product demonstrations and driving product development based on market feedback.
The role involves collaborating with Account Executives, Success Architects, and Support to identify and fill gaps in customer solutions.
Responsibilities include showcasing Qualified through custom demos, discovery demos, and technical workshops, with a target of 10-25 sessions per week.
The Solutions Engineer will become a subject matter expert on Qualified’s capabilities, customer stories, and best practices.
A deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, and data enrichment is required.
The role includes owning the technical discovery and qualification process for prospects and providing guidance on technical deal strategy.
The Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executive teams to identify customer business goals and needs.
Responsibilities also include providing technical responses to Security Questionnaires, writing technical blog content, and acting as the voice of the customer to relay product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
Monitoring industry news on technology products, partners, and competitors is essential to maintain ecosystem expertise.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
Candidates must have 4+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment is necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present polished demonstrations are essential.
The candidate must be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences while also engaging with highly technical individuals.
A solution sales-driven mindset and a clear understanding of business value are required.
Proven experience in providing pragmatic solutions to complex customer requirements is necessary for winning deals.
Comfort in leading presentations and demos to both technical and non-technical groups is essential.
The ability to identify customer pains and tie them to Qualified’s technical solutions is required.
Candidates should have a proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.
The ability to perform well under high-pressure conditions is necessary.
Bonus qualifications include documented programming experience in frontend or backend languages, with Apex being a plus.
