Description:

The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for helping existing BPM customers expand their technology footprint, specifically with NetSuite and Salesforce.
This role involves providing technical and functional information on ERP, CRM, and adjacent technologies.
The Solutions Engineer will conduct demonstrations of relevant technology platforms to clients.
Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers is crucial to foster customer satisfaction, referencability, and future revenue growth.
The position includes creating and reviewing Statements of Work with prospects.
The role is supported by the Go-to-Market team, which includes marketing, operations, and director team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience implementing or using enterprise application solutions, preferably with NetSuite.
The ideal candidate should operate well as both an individual contributor and a team player.
Attention to detail is essential, along with fluency in effective writing and speaking skills.
Strong presentation skills are required for product demonstrations and documentation reviews.
