Description:
Cinder is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join their team, focusing on building an enterprise-grade platform for internet safety.
The role involves working directly with customers to understand their problems and design technical solutions.
Solutions engineers will develop and execute a consultative demo process tailored to prospects' organizations.
The position requires serving as a subject matter expert on Cinder’s platform and Trust and Safety practices for external parties.
Responsibilities include streamlining technical onboarding and integration processes for customers and collaborating on suitable architectures for seamless integration.
The role also involves creating resources on the Trust & Safety market and addressing technical challenges by collaborating with engineering and product teams.
Solutions Engineers will help drive technical qualification of prospects and improve documentation and processes within the Solutions Engineering organization.
The position operates primarily in the US Eastern time zone and is fully remote.
Requirements:
Candidates should have experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or sales engineer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A strong understanding of safety engineering and/or safety operations is required, preferably through firsthand experience.
Alternatively, candidates should have experience as an early sales engineer at a high-growth SaaS company selling technical products to large enterprises.
Experience with pre-sales activities, including delivering technical demos and collaborating with GTM teams, is essential.
Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with enterprise-level customers and navigate complex organizational structures.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative are necessary traits.
Being a great team player who values collaboration and an excellent listener who sees every interaction as a learning opportunity is important.
Nice-to-haves include experience as a product owner or engineer within a Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Fraud organization, and familiarity with enterprise data architecture and artificial intelligence.
