The Solutions Engineer will join the Presales team and will be responsible for building AI Agents and prototyping customer service use-cases for demonstrations to potential clients.
The role involves working closely with the sales team to gather customer requirements and owning the technical side of the sales process.
The Solutions Engineer will identify technology trends, use visualization tools for AI Agent design, and review API specifications.
Responsibilities include designing conversational AI agents, leading hands-on trials with prospects, analyzing conversational data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The position requires attending customer meetings and providing technical support to Account Executives.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
A curiosity about AI and some experience with prompt engineering is required, whether formal or self-taught.
Familiarity with APIs and authentication methods, such as REST and OAuth 2.0, is necessary.
Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
A collaborative mindset and a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience are required.
Bonus qualifications include experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or working in/with call centers.
