Description:

Couchbase is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support its growing user community and drive customer success.
The role involves being the primary technical field expert, managing the technical components of sales engagements.
Responsibilities include consulting with customers to define challenges, educating them on Couchbase advantages, and presenting innovative solutions.
The position focuses on assisting customers with application code and the development process, requiring experience in presales and software development.
The Solutions Engineer will work closely with the sales team, manage customer PoC/Pilots, and deliver engaging presentations.
The role requires staying updated on the competitive landscape and collaborating with Product Management and Engineering for customer feedback.
This position is remote and based in Dubai.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years in a Pre-Sales/Customer-Facing/Consulting role.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or related industries is required.
Excellent presentation skills are necessary to convey technical solutions to various audiences, including C-Suite executives.
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Candidates should have programming skills in at least one of the following: Java, Python, Javascript, .NET, C, or SQL.
Experience with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
Candidates must have experience designing solutions on major database platforms, including data modeling and query optimization.
