Description:

Sonar is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Dubai, focusing on helping prospective customers achieve technical success with their products.
The role involves providing deep technical expertise to prospects and supporting them in evaluating Sonar's solutions.
Daily responsibilities include helping customers understand how the Clean as You Code approach fits within their software development life cycle, driving technical aspects of pre-sales opportunities, and advising on deployment strategies.
The Solutions Engineer will troubleshoot technical problems encountered by prospective customers and ensure successful product adoption post-purchase.
The position also involves providing technical enablement to channel partners and helping existing customers understand advanced product capabilities.

Requirements:

Proven practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering is highly desirable.
A working knowledge of local and cloud-based software deployment platforms and technologies, including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure, is required.
The candidate should enjoy delivering compelling demonstrations that help people understand software solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and articulate solutions effectively.
The role requires a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and feedback.
Excellent presentation skills and a can-do attitude are essential, along with the ability to challenge the status quo and contribute to improvements.
Proficiency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written, is required, with additional languages such as German, Spanish, and French being highly desirable.
