Description:
Suger is a revenue platform that enables listing, transacting, re-selling, and co-selling on cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud.
The company serves leading brands and companies from various B2B SaaS sectors, including database, infrastructure, security, and devops.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will help customers implement and optimize the platform, ensuring smooth onboarding, automation, and integration.
You will contribute to automated testing to maintain solution reliability.
Your responsibilities will include working directly with customers to configure, integrate, and optimize the platform within their existing workflows.
You will support customers in mapping Salesforce opportunities/quotes to cloud marketplace offers and co-sell referrals.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical implementation challenges will be part of your role to ensure smooth product adoption.
You will collaborate with Salesforce, HubSpot, and cloud marketplace teams to design scalable solutions for customer use cases.
Creating documentation and best practices for implementations will also be required.
You will develop automated tests (API/UI) to validate customer implementations and custom configurations.
Setting up and maintaining automated workflows to improve efficiency in solution deployments will be part of your tasks.
You will work closely with engineering to identify edge cases and improve overall product quality.
Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on common customer challenges is essential.
Assisting the Customer Success team in building technical resources for self-service onboarding will be part of your contributions.
You will also contribute to improving the implementation playbook and automation framework.
Requirements:
You must have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer or Implementation Engineer.
A strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is required.
Experience with B2B SaaS and customer implementations is necessary.
Proficiency in API integrations, including REST, GraphQL, or webhooks, is essential.
Basic scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Bash for automation are required.
You should have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
