• Hightouch is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region to work closely with big-name companies to solve their toughest problems.
• The Solutions Engineer will explain technical concepts, innovate ways customers use data, and make life easier for people.
• Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives to remove technical and business obstacles, advocating for customer interests, and creating compelling technical content.
• Solutions Engineers at Hightouch collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand problems and craft creative technical solutions.
• The role involves working with data engineers, product managers, marketers, and distilling technical concepts for buyers.
• The position is remote-friendly and offers a salary range of $170,000-$220,000 (70/30 split variable) USD per year.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of sales experience is required for the position.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Candidates should possess intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions is necessary.
• Proficiency in Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs is a must.
