Hightouch is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region, working remotely from Europe.
The role involves explaining technical concepts and solving complex problems for major clients.
Solutions Engineers will collaborate with Account Executives to eliminate technical and business obstacles during the sales process.
The position requires creating compelling technical content and advocating for customer interests within the company.
Candidates will engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 4 years of sales experience.
Strong discovery and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility are important traits for potential candidates.
Experience in selling Martech and/or Data Solutions is required.
Familiarity with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs is necessary.
Bonus points for candidates with experience in Customer Data Platforms.

The salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $220,000 USD per year, with a 70/30 split variable compensation structure.
The position is location-independent, adhering to a remote-first policy.
