As a Solutions Engineer, you will design and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and regulatory requirements.
You will provide post-sales L2 technical support and handle complex customer escalations using tools like Datadog and SQL queries.
The role involves collaborating across teams to translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
You will maintain and improve technical documentation in Postman and Readme.
Additionally, you will develop proof of concepts and internal tools to facilitate customer integration.

Requirements:

You must have 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS or RegTech in the EMEA region.
A strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies is required.
You should be a natural-born troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
A customer-first attitude with outstanding communication skills is essential.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are necessary.
Nice to have qualifications include experience in the FinTech or blockchain sector, prior experience with financial institutions and AML controls, basic coding and SQL skills, familiarity with privacy and security standards (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR), and knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto ecosystems.
