The platform connects AI with knowledge, providing industry-leading search relevance and connecting it to generative AI agents and applications.
The Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives.
Responsibilities include creating and demoing custom environments based on customer industry and line of business, managing a technical POC cycle, and performing customer-facing activities such as technical discovery calls.
The role involves leading security-based conversations to ensure customers are comfortable with Glean’s security posture and working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to deliver customer requests.
The Solutions Engineer will also develop ROI and business justification reports and presentations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
Experience in partnering with Account Executives to run technical deal cycles with Enterprise customers is necessary.
A consultative approach to solving customer business challenges and a proven track record of overcoming technical and security objections are required.
Familiarity with any cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure) is needed.
Proficiency in Python or Java is required.
Candidates should have the ability to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations.
