Description:
The Solutions Engineer role at Syndigo is a remote position open to candidates in the United States only.

The Solutions Engineer will utilize the API framework and SDK to create innovative solutions tailored to unique prospect use cases.
The role involves creating messaging and collateral that highlight Syndigo's strengths in PIM, MDM, PXM, and Syndication.
The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing demo environments to ensure impactful presentations.
Collaboration with sales, product management, and marketing teams is essential to refine offerings and address customer feedback.
The position also includes supporting and inspiring team members to enhance the pre-sales process and foster collaboration.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of Solution Engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
A strong grasp of APIs and cloud-native technologies is required, along with the ability to articulate complex capabilities.
Proven experience in PIM, MDM, PXM, Syndication, and Ecommerce is essential, ideally in multi-domain contexts.
A consultative mindset is necessary to position capabilities as enablers of business value.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
Experience in delivering engaging product demonstrations to both technical and business audiences is essential.
Familiarity with competitive landscapes and industry trends is needed to refine messaging and support differentiation efforts.
Creative problem-solving skills are necessary to push the boundaries of whatโs possible and create tailored solutions.
