Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• As a Solutions Engineer at Panther Labs, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor to our prospects and customers.
• You will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and goals and demonstrate how they can be achieved with Panther.
• Solutions Engineers drive and manage the technology evaluation and validation stages of the sales process, providing technical guidance and support to customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
• You will apply solution selling and offer architecture best-practices for topics ranging from building robust logging pipelines to creating and managing detection-as-code.
• Solutions Engineers support and enable successful adoption of Panther and help shape the ongoing implementation strategy for high-scale customer deployments.
• You will work with a fast-growing team to shape our go-to-market strategy, build internal processes, and bring to life the company’s mission of helping organizations detect and respond to breaches at a cloud-scale.

Requirements:

• You must possess technical presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in a technical pre-sales role or as a security practitioner is required.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, security logging, and frameworks is necessary.
• Experience with cloud computing and related technologies and practices, preferably AWS, is essential.
• You should have experience using Python and SQL to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• A strong desire to collaborate closely with peers to solve complex problems is important.
• It is a bonus if you have worked in a fast-growth startup.
