Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
Design and present customized software solutions that address client challenges.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and client presentations.
Provide technical expertise during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth implementation of the software.
Conduct ongoing training and support to clients to optimize their use of the platform.
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve product offerings and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to drive product enhancements based on client insights.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a solutions engineer, technical account manager, or similar role within the SaaS industry.
Strong technical skills with a firm understanding of software development and integration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM and project management tools.
