Description:

PriceSpider is a retail technology company focused on revolutionizing the online shopping experience.
The Solutions Engineer II (SE-II) serves as the technical subject matter expert within the PriceSpider Sales team.
The SE-II will work closely with Account Executives and Account Management teams to ensure successful client demos, onboarding, and ongoing growth within the PriceSpider platform.
Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive overviews of technical architecture and product capabilities, participating in sales calls with complex Enterprise clients, and demonstrating expertise in PriceSpider products.
The SE-II will collaborate with Implementation and Support teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and conduct requirement-gathering discussions for innovative use cases.
The role involves leading data-transfer and analytics discussions, assisting with RFI/RFP inquiries, and maintaining documentation as technology evolves.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2-5 years of customer-facing experience with a focus on technical Strategic Sales, preferably in SaaS.
The ability to educate non-technical users on technical concepts and systems is essential.
A proactive attitude and the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and proven self-organization and strategic prioritization abilities are necessary.
Experience managing Enterprise clients pre and post-sale and navigating complex expansion opportunities is required.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with a flair for storytelling, are essential.
Professional experience in website technology, data analysis/visualization tools, digital shelf management, or website analytics is preferred.
